Profile of Investment

  • Invest a minimum of US $8 million

  • Seat on Board of Directors

  • Hold common equity, preferred equity, convertible or equity-related securities

  • Remain invested for 3 - 6 years

  • Exit through sale to a friendly strategic investor or public offering
